Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Candles & Melts (for safety and hygiene reasons)
- Flameless Candles (if opened or used)
- Any personalized or monogrammed items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective item).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
